ABOUT THE CLASSES

All classes at Progressive Krav Maga are separated into two essential sections, traditional Krav Maga self-defense techniques and conditioning drills for effective counter-attacks.

Currently we offer 2 days of extensive training per week. 

We recommend all students to attend 2 hours each session for optimal performance. 


CLASS SCHEDULES

All levels welcome, except trial class students. Please call to set up trial class.

TUESDAY
7pm to 8pm: Krav Maga technique – General / Weapon
8pm to 9pm: Physical conditioning – Striking / Sparring

THURSDAY
7pm to 8pm: Krav Maga technique – Ground
8pm to 9pm: Physical conditioning – Striking / Sparring

SATURDAY
Once a month, there will be a Saturday class which caters to more advanced students.
Specific date and time to be announced in class.
